Patients
Innovating for people affected by cancer is at the heart of what we do.
The ECMC Network brings together world-leading scientists and clinicians who drive the discovery and testing of new, more effective treatments.
We owe huge gratitude to the people who take part in early phase trials - often the first patients to be given a new cancer treatment - helping to ensure that discoveries in the lab become treatments of the future.
All ECMC locations recognise the importance of involving people affected by cancer in their work and the positive impact it can have on the research taking place at their location. Reports showcasing the PPI activities of the adult ECMCs can be found by clicking here.
Find out more by clicking this link about how patients and the public can get involved in research either via participation in trials or by getting involved in the research process.
